The NLN has a NO REFUND policy. Once a purchase is made, it is final.

If you have been OVERCHARGED for prep materials, practice exams, or actual exams, please contact customer support.

I purchased the wrong exam: Purchasing the wrong exam or prep materials does NOT qualify for a refund. Please read carefully and check with your institution or customer support before completing a purchase if you have questions.

Technical Issues: Please make sure your laptop is plugged in/has a full charge before beginning an exam. Please also make sure you are connected to a reliable internet connection, not a hotspot. Exam time lost to technical issues such as these do NOT qualify for a refund.
