Mike Kristek oversees the Operations Business Unit, composed of the Membership, Information Technology, Event Services, and General Services departments. Mike is also responsible for managing the NLN’s annual Education Summit, which he has done since 2009. Mike has held a number of positions since joining the NLN in 2005. Beginning in the NLN’s research department, Mike moved on to become the director of the Office of the CEO (2007-2013), where he worked closely with CEO Dr. Beverly Malone and the NLN Board of Governors.

Mike holds a BA in anthropology from Binghamton University/SUNY and an MA in applied anthropology from City College of New York.
