One day educational activity for nurse educators. We are happy to have back Michele Deck, MEd, BSN, RN, LCCE, FACCE. Michele will present “Creative Ways to Teach Diverse Learners: It’s all about Engagement”. Today’s learners are diverse consumers. Our job is to engage, teach and mentor those who have different learning styles, different generational expectations, and short attention spans. How do you best teach those with diverse backgrounds and experience levels? We must adapt our teaching methods to the seven expectations of the youngest generation.
