Creating a Comprehensive Map for Thoughtful Simulation Integration
This course will provide participants with the opportunity to analyze their institution's program of study and/or course curriculum map. With these skills, faculty systematically integrate simulation teaching activities to appropriately align with program and course learning outcomes. Methods to assess curricular gaps and ways to appropriately fill gaps using simulation strategies will be explored. Curriculum standards, simulation methods, and staffing issues will be systematically examined for teaching knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
