New NLN Consultants & Speakers Bureau Open for Business
Roster of Experts & Thought Leaders Now Available, with More on the Way, to Inspire & Boost Success
Washington, DC — The National League for Nursing proudly announces a new comprehensive resource to support businesses and corporations, government agencies, nonprofit associations, and nursing education programs at all levels of higher education: the National League for Nursing Consultants and Speakers Bureau (NLN CSB).
Requesting and booking an NLN CSB global consultant or speaker can help maximize and achieve organizational success, from local and regional to national and international. The new bureau facilitates the connection to expert nursing and health care leaders, renowned national scholars, and executive and senior staff from the nation’s first nursing association.
The NLN CSB can provide personalized consulting services designed to improve systems across the entire organization. Individualized assessments will identify the needs and opportunities, followed by crafting custom intervention plans encompassing a broad spectrum of expertise, including areas such as stakeholder management, artificial intelligence (AI), accreditation support, curriculum enhancement, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), incivility and conflict resolution, leadership development, well-being—and many more.
Speakers booked through the NLN CSB can engage either in-person or virtually for keynote addresses, panel discussions, guest lectures, or for any combination of events that may be needed. These speakers have a wealth of knowledge and practical advice to share from decades of having served in multiple leadership roles—executive, faculty, and research—in higher education, public service, business, and health care.
“I am so pleased that this new resource will provide access to well-respected experts in their fields. Through them, organizations of any kind can gain valuable inspiration and insights to propel personal journeys and reach new heights of excellence,” said NLN Chair Patricia Sharpnack, DNP, RN, CNE, NEA-BC, ANEF, FAAN, Dean and Strawbridge Professor at the Breen School of Nursing and Health Professions at Ursuline College in Ohio.
NLN President and CEO Beverly Malone, PhD, RN, FAAN, said, “Over the years, I have found one of the most energizing aspects of my career to be the opportunity to pay forward the lessons I have learned as an educator, public health servant, and staunch advocate for nursing leadership. I am eager to broaden the reach and impact of the National League for Nursing’s vital work in these areas, accepting invitations worldwide to business meetings, conferences, and other gatherings of stakeholders in the pursuit of excellence.”
Speakers can cover a variety of topics, including:
- Professional development—Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Mentoring; Leadership; Keynote; Competency-based Education; Graduation; Motivation; Mission-aligned Business
- Nursing Education—Enhancing Nursing Education; Scholarly Activities; Clinical Education; Program Assessment and Quality Improvement; Leadership Development
