The League is gearing up for the 125th Summit and is on the lookout for snapshots in nursing education history. Pictures are worth a thousand words – and highlight important times in our lives. As we celebrate 125 years of being the voice of nursing education, we invite you to share in our journey to capture the history of our industry. We’re looking specifically for photos of when you graduated from your nursing program, in action teaching nursing students, or maybe the moment you decided to become a nursing educator. Congratulations are in order for Dr. Shirley Fondiller, NLN member and a longtime nursing educator, journalist and historian. On November 27, Dr. Fondiller won the prestigious Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award from Marquis Who’s Who, publisher of Who’s Who in America.
