How does the government shutdown impact you?


    closed 200While the DC metro area is buzzing about how a government shutdown will impact the local economy, the government closing affects everyone around the country. Last night, the House of Representatives passed a short-term funding bill and the Senate is scheduled to take up the bill today. Passage prospects in the Senate are very slim with the possibility of a shutdown very likely at midnight tonight.
