Pediatric Adversity and Early Brain Development Toolkit

The National League for Nursing has partnered with a national expert in pediatric adversity, Dr. Ashley Darcy-Mahoney from George Washington University School of Nursing, to publish the toolkit, Pediatric Adversity and Early Brain Development: A toolkit for the integration of social determinants of health into curricula. The addition of this interactive, highly engaging toolkit is a valuable and timely addition to the ACE.P resources and extends the NLN’s mission to excellence in the care of vulnerable populations. Funding for this project was provided by the Hearst Foundations.

The George Washington University School of Nursing acknowledges that publication on the NLN website will be open access and that the intent of the publication is for users to adapt materials for use in a variety of academic and practice institutions.
