Natalie Jones, DNP, RN, NPD-BC, Brings Wealth of Workforce Experience & Expertise

Washington, DC — To further support an increase in the nursing workforce and to help address the shortage of nurses and nurse educators, the NLN Foundation for Nursing Education welcomes Natalie Jones, senior vice president of clinical practice and innovation at Prolink, to the prestigious Advisory Council. Prolink is a nationally recognized workforce solutions company headquartered in Cincinnati.

At Prolink, Dr. Jones is responsible for the clinical team's engagement, experience and quality. She also initiates and leads innovative programs to advance clinical quality, education and professional practice.

“We are so pleased to welcome Dr. Jones to our expanding team on the NLN Foundation Advisory Council, where her contribution to our mission will be greatly valued. Prior to joining Prolink, Dr. Jones has served for over two decades in various nursing executive and leadership roles in nursing, human resources, workforce planning, academic practice partnerships, talent acquisition, recruiting and retention. She completed her doctorate in nursing at Georgia State University and her master's at Loyola University New Orleans. As a board-certified nurse in professional development, she is recognized locally and nationally for being a leading thought leader in workforce development, clinical practice and retention innovation, and best practices.

“I am honored to bring my experience and expertise in the field of human capital in the health care industry to the NLN Foundation Advisory Council, reflecting Prolink’s strong commitment to growing the nursing pipeline,” said Dr. Jones. “Aligned with the National League for Nursing, Prolink is determined to identify the best strategies to cultivate a diverse nursing workforce capable of delivering outstanding, culturally humble care to patients, their families and communities in today’s dynamic, technology-driven health care environment.”
